Welcome to the Private Lessons Registration with Kaizen Volleyball Las Vegas!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and sign up for participation.

ALL NEW PLAYERS, PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR PRIVATE LESSON

New players are required to be interviewed by Coach Rex prior to scheduling a private lesson. Please complete the registration ONLY and Coach Darlene will contact you to schedule an interview.
